We are an intergenerational, bicultural, and bilingual Episcopal family worshiping, serving, and caring together in English and Spanish. We are located at the edge of a 55+ community in the Phoenix West Valley. We treasure our past and are hopeful in looking toward to our future.
We have challenges but are resilient, joyful, and eager to move forward to what the Holy Spirit and God has in store for us! We are committed to living out our faith by supporting those in need, both in our community and around the world.
Ministries: Phone Tree Callers
Within days of our early March 2020 suspension of in-person activities, we envisioned and began our Phone Tree Ministry. While we were unable to be together for 39 weeks of 2020, the ministry made about 13,377 phone calls, 25 shopping trips for parishioners, 858 emails, 702 texts, 18 home visits, and performed 9 other miscellaneous errands.
The team of about 10 regular callers each call, email, or text about 10 households each week to make sure everyone is doing ok.
