Priest-in-Charge

Fr. Peter Fabre+

Fr. Peter Fabre was ordained to the Priesthood in 2010. He came to St. Christopher's in 2011 from the Diocesan staff as Canon for Spanish Ministry and joined St. Christopher's as Priest Associate for Hispanic Ministry. He became Priest-in-Charge in 2012. Prior to his receiving the call to ordained ministry, Fr. Peter was in the U.S. Navy and served on submarines. Following his retirement from the Navy, Fr. Peter worked at the Palo Verde Nuclear Generating Facility and was an active worshipper at St. Andrews in Glendale where he sang in the choir and served as Senior Warden.

Assisting Priest

Fr. Brian Couvillion+

Fr. Brian was born in Louisiana and graduated from Louisiana Tech in Ruston, LA with a degree in Business Management. He pursued a career in sales and management. At 39, he began seminary at the Episcopal Theological Seminary of the Southwest in Austin, TX. He was ordained deacon and priest in the Diocese of Western Louisiana where he served congregations there and in the Diocese of Chicago. Fr. Brian retired after 26 years of full time minstry in  2013. God has blessed Judy and him with three children – Christi, Kevin and Kelley.  In addition, they share their home with Corky, a female Boston Terrier, and Pepper, a male black Pug.

Joe Brown

Minister for Music

A church Organist since the age of 12, Joe has served in many churches, most of them Episcopal. He joined St. Christopher's in June of 2015 in time to lead a rousing ecumenical hymn sing in August. The Organist / Choirmaster works with the Priest-in-Charge to select music for worship services. He also directs and leads the Choir.

Doreen Rorher

Secretary

Doreen joined St. Christopher's in September of 2012. She reports to the Priest in Charge. She prepares and publishes the weekly bulletins, Wednesday Eucharist readings and special service bulletins, and publishes the monthly Lantern, and other publications as needed; maintains the parish files; answers the phone, responds to general email, and greets visitors; processes and mails checks and ensures that paperwork is promptly filed; coordinates the use of the Parish buildings; maintains and orders office supplies.

Jordan Montes

Sexton

Jordan joined St. Christopher's in July of 2014 and is responsible for the care and upkeep of the church complex. He works under the purview of the Priest-in-Charge and the wardens.
