Fr. Gerardo brings more than 31 years of ministry experience: 10 years as a lay minister and 21 as an ordained priest. He has served in different capacities and churches in two Dioceses in Los Angeles and Colorado, before coming to AZ in 2014. He is fully bilingual in English, Spanish, and also speaks Italian. Fr. Gerardo has served in several multicultural congregations and has years of experience in peace and social justice ministries, immigration advocacy, and 501c3 non-profit organizations.

 

Fr. Gerardo loves Arizona and returned to this part of our country to have the opportunity to “give back” to this land that opened its arms to him for the first time. Fr. Gerardo and his wife Viviana were both born and raised in Mexico and have two children, Bruno and Viviana Geraldyne.
