We are an intergenerational, bicultural, and bilingual Episcopal family worshiping, serving, and caring together in English and Spanish. We are located at the edge of a 55+ community in the Phoenix West Valley. We treasure our past and are hopeful in looking toward to our future.
We have challenges but are resilient, joyful, and eager to move forward to what the Holy Spirit and God has in store for us! We are committed to living out our faith by supporting those in need, both in our community and around the world.
Ministries: Outreach: Project Linus Phoenix / West Valley Chapter
I was naked and you gave me clothing;
I was sick and you took care of me
Both our Prayer Shawl Ministry and Baby Blanket Ministry support the local Phoenix/West Valley chapter of Project Linus.
Project Linus is comprised of hundreds of local chapters and thousands of volunteers across the United States spreading blanket hugs nationwide. Each volunteer and the local chapters provide love, a sense of security, warmth and comfort to children who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need through the gifts of new, handmade blankets and afghans, lovingly created by volunteer “blanketeers.” Project Linus has distributed over 4.5 million blankets to children in need since its inception in 1995.
